Just giving you the heads up next time you log into Insurebot you might notice a few changes. Don't be alarmed the same functionality is still available. Just with a refreshed design and navigation.
Firstly we have a new URL or Link to log in to Insurebot. The broker site has moved to https://brokerportal.insurebot.com.au
Don't worry, your old link will continue to work for the next few weeks. But, soon we will require users to log in via the link above. Your log in username and password will be unchanged.
Secondly, you'll notice we've done away with the old login home page. We've replaced this with the below. So when you log into Insurebot you will see all of your past quotes. You will also request new quotes via the Green drop down box. We found that the previous "My Quotes" tab was under utilised and we really wanted to bring this section to the forefront of the Insurebot experience.
This home page now has your list of previously submitted quotes, click on the quotes to see quote status, dollar value, jump straight into the transaction in insights (the view hyperlinks should now work) or see a referral reason.
Further to this if you do need to update your broker credentials such as insight/blue zebra username and password this can be found in the top right hand section of the page. See below.
Another subtle change you will notice is the reworked motor form. This brings into line consistent styling with Home Quotes. In this redesigned form you will see real time Rego Verification (for VIC, NSW, QLD and WA) - note, if not working you will be notified with a yellow tick. This aims to cut down error quotes due to incorrect rego numbers being inputted. Now you should be told prior to requesting the quote. You should also get a brief description of that cars rego so you can verify this matches your intended car make/model.
Lastly, a couple of minor bug fixes have been put through. There was an issue where quotes would not submit due to expiry of authorisation token which has been addressed. The issue where accessories were not copied across on duplicated quotes has also now been addressed.
As always we're keen to get your feedback on these changes or any issues you're facing with the bot.
One of the most common frustrations with Insurebot previously was quotes were often being housed under the wrong client code. This was happening for many reasons. Spelling mistakes, spaces being left in names and the same customer contact appearing on multiple client codes just to name a few.
Well we've been working really hard recently to come up with a solution. To that end we're pleased to introduce the Specify Client Code function.
Next time you log into Insurebot to request a home or motor quote you should see in the question set the following optional check box.
Should you have an existing client code in Insight that you want to make 100% sure botty uses to house the quotes just check this box.......
Then enter the Insight client Id number like so.......
This will 100% guarantee your quotes get launched and housed under that client code. You will also note that when you select this method of requesting a quote the name, email and mobile number fields disappear. This is because for quoting purposes they're somewhat now redundant. The bot will automatically use those client code details in the quote.
Like always we encourage you to check the quote and all details are correct as requested prior to sending to clients.
..........Now to try and fix forgetting to keep your Insight and Blue Zebra passwords updated in Insurebot 😀
